This program of the NMC has the aim of reduction of duration and severity of existing mastitis and reduction of risk of new mastitis. The approach of mastitis issue at the herd level requires a global analysis of the situation of the farm. The 10 point-program described by NMC (National Mastitis Council) is the basic.
