Cid 2000 Pro is a powerful combination of hydrogen peroxide and peroxy acetic acid for cleaning water lines in animal facilities. Cid 2000 Pro removes heavy soils and scale deposits in one easy step.
Technical information
- Cleaning when the system is not in use:
- To clean the system use a 2% solution / 1:50 or 2.5 ounces per gallon of water and leave to work in the sytem for 12 to 24 hours
- If applied at 1:128 or 1 ounce per gallon of dilution leave to work in the system for 24 - 48 hours.
- Rinse with plenty of clean water to make sure all product is out of the entire system including nipples of cups.
- A 2% / 1:50 dilution is recommended for best results.
- Mix Cid 2000 Pro at 2 ounces per gallon of water to make a stock solution and set metering pump at 1 ounce stock solution to 1 gallon of water / 1:128
- depending on the water conditions, Cid 2000 Pro may be increased by 1/2 ounce increments per gallon of stock solution until a maximum of 3 ounces per gallon of stock solution is reached.
- Never use Cid 2000 Pro more than 5 consecutive days to clean the operating system.
- Never mix Cid 2000 Pro in the same stock solution with any other products.
